Who it's for

Built for the people who decide what to do about a domain.

Providers publish decisions one at a time, on their own sites, in their own words. Libra puts them side by side so the question you actually have gets an answer in seconds.

What's inside

Not a list of PDFs. A structured record of every decision.

Each decision is parsed, normalised, and enriched: outcome, domains, parties, counsel, panel, bad-faith grounds, response defences, citations, and an English translation where needed.

One outcome vocabulary across 14 providers

"Transferred", "Accepted", "Granted", "Cancellation", "Complaint denied", "Rejected": every provider's wording is mapped onto transfer, cancelled, denied, split, terminated. Compare a Czech CAC decision with a WIPO one without a spreadsheet.

  • Split decisions keep a per-domain result
  • Original wording preserved alongside the normalised value
  • Listing date checked against the date written in the decision

How access works

Three steps. No account to create.

Libra is a closed research database, not an open website. That is what lets it hold the full text of every decision. Access is by invitation. We ask for your name, company, title, and a work email.

Tell us who you are

Name, company, title, and a work email. Free addresses such as Gmail are not accepted. We keep those details only to decide on the request.

A person adds you

Astra staff review the request and add your address to the invite list. You get an email when it is done.

Questions

What people ask before they ask.

Can I search UDRP decisions here?

Yes. Libra is a search across the UDRP and ccTLD decisions those providers publish: WIPO, Forum, CAC, ADNDRC, CIIDRC, and the country-code archives listed above. Reading them inside Libra takes an invitation. The providers' own sites remain the public source for each decision.

Where does the data come from?

From the decisions the dispute providers themselves publish: WIPO, Forum, CAC, ADNDRC, CIIDRC, MFSD, AFNIC, Nominet, CEPANI, CRDD, the Danish Complaints Board, Internetstiftelsen, Register.si and EISi. Libra reads them, extracts the structured fields, and links back to the source for every case.

How current is it?

An incremental crawl runs nightly on every provider. Hundreds of new decisions land each month, typically within days of publication.

Who gets in?

Counsel, brand and trademark teams, registrars and abuse teams, and researchers with a professional reason to read dispute decisions. Requests need a name, company, title, and a work address. Free email such as Gmail is not accepted. A person at Astra reviews each one.

Is there an API?

Yes. Exact-domain lookup and fuzzy registrant search are available over REST with a Bearer key issued by Astra staff. Ask for it in your request if you need it.

What about non-English decisions?

17,000+ decisions in French, Danish, Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian, Dutch, Korean and other languages carry a stored English translation, and the translation is searched alongside the original.

I am named in a decision. Can I be removed?

Yes. Write to privacy@astraobp.com. A suppression list replaces the name with [redacted] in Libra and stops later crawls from restoring it. The original publication on the provider's site is theirs, not ours. See the privacy notice.
